Produced by Bodega Cooperativa Union Campesina -- We were completely charmed by this dry Rosado made of 100% Bobal, an indigenous grape of Spain. It is made by lightly crushing the grapes after de-stemming followed by maceration for a period of 10 hours before de-vatting to obtain the free run juice, and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. We were quite impressed by its dry, clean, round, floral, vivid red fruit-driven style combined with its excellent value. Serve with everything from Spanish tapas to fresh seafood, grilled meats and BBQ, cheeses and more. When it first arrived, we served it with a steak and it was a delicious match!
